Stone Louvers within the gap of the double glazing panel

We are designing a double glazing unit (105x315) cm that has 15 pieces of stone louvers (1x10x100) cm each, embedded whiten the 20mm gap between the outer glass panel and the inner glass panel. The stone louvers are supported by aluminum U profiles at there sides as illustrated in the attached sketch.


I am wondering how this will affect the performance of the glass panel in terms of heat transfer and condensation.

Actually the problem comes from putting some alien thermal mass in the air space  As any piece of material, due to the thermal inertia of the selected srone the encapsulated stone lamellar will keep heat and then release it to the air space. 
A FEA  is recommended
